Product Overview

    The TGSU Series Screw Conveyor (Drag Screw Conveyor) is a high-efficiency material conveying equipment designed by Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery for grain, feed, port, and grain depot applications. This series includes two optional structures: common type and self-cleaning type, using drag chain transmission, with conveying capacity ranging from 34 to 183 m³/h and maximum conveying distance up to 80 meters. It is widely applicable for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying of various bulk materials.

Working Principle

    The TGSU Series Screw Conveyor adopts a drag chain transmission mechanism. The motor drives the sprocket to rotate, which moves the chain with scraper blades circulating inside the enclosed trough. Material falls into the trough from the inlet and is pushed forward by the scraper blades, eventually discharged from the outlet. The chain linear velocity can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 0.3–0.8 m/s to accommodate different material conveying characteristics.
